Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater Policies

• The following items are not permitted:
• Lawn chairs
• Alcoholic beverages (only commercially sealed non-alcoholic beverages are permitted)
• Cigarette and cigar smoking
• Cameras
• Audio and video recording devices
• Skateboards, bicycles, scooters, roller shoes, in-line skates
• Pets
• All backpacks, bags, picnic baskets and coolers will be searched upon entry
• Gates open one hour before show time for all performances
• Free parking is available only in the Vail Village Parking Structure, paid parking is available at the Ford Park lot (above and to the East of the Amphitheater)

Vilar Performing Arts Center Policies

• The following items are not permitted:
• Cameras
• Cellular phones
• Backpacks
• Recording Devices
• Please arrive early for performances. Doors to the lobby areas open at least one hour before show time. Late arrivals will be seated at the back of the house or in the balcony at the discretion of the house manager.
• As a courtesy to other audience members, pleases exercise discretion in bringing children to an evening performance. Regardless of age, any child attending should be able to sit quietly through a performance.
• Parking is available at the Vilar/Villa Montane and Village Hall in Beaver Creek Resort. Free parking is available in the East and West entrances to Beaver Creek with free shuttle service to the Covered Bridge.
